Book Review: Forgotten by Neven Carr

I was given a free copy of the book by the author in exchange for an honest review.

Forgotten by Neven Carr is the story of a young woman, Claudia Cabriati, who finds her life turned upside down as she is thrust into the midst of a thrilling adventure revolving around a series of grisly murders. Friendships are formed, and ghosts of her past are revealed.

Carr presents a compelling and unique writing style that I found quite enjoyable. Her characters are well rounded and relatable. The pace of the story keeps you at the edge of your seat.

I enjoyed reading Forgotten. However, I cannot give it five stars because of grammatical errors that popped up quite consistently. As I'm quite anal about these types of things, I found it a little bit of a turnoff, but the intensity of the plot made up for it.

All in all, Forgotten is a great read from a promising new author. This book deserves to be seen.

4/5 stars.
