Powers Molinar's Spartanica is a great upper middle grade/younger YA read.
The plot is imaginative and enthralling, and the suspense will keep you glued
to every page. The plot flows well and easy to follow. The writing expertly
targets the age group, and humor elevates the story. My one critique is that
emotion was not always conveyed in a believable manner.
Overall, great read for younger teens. Fans of Swindle and A
Wrinkle in Time will love this book.
